City Matcher and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by City Matcher, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use City Matcher for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from City Matcher.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CITY MATCHER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant that the results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable. City Matcher does not warrant that defects in the Service will be corrected.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CITY MATCHER, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CITY MATCHER'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CITY MATCHER, IF ANY, IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless City Matcher and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, we will delete your account information, except where we are required to retain it by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
